Currently, VERV DAO does not have any legal registration. We believe that there is no ideal jurisdiction that allows us to implement everything presented in the Whitepaper and smart contracts.
After the first successful rise on Private Sale, we are going to register CSO (Civil-Society Organization) or NGO (Non-Government Organization) in some countries — as we believe for reliability we need to build a network of organizations connected with each other. If you are a legal council or someone from the Argentina government, feel free to write to we@vervdao.org.
Organization will tokenize all its shares. There will 3 levels of shares (A, B, C), so 3 levels of tokens (Faith, Trust, Respect) will be implemented. These levels are a reflection of Citizens, Residents, and Aliens roles within DAO.
Our soft cap and hard cap are as $30K and $150K. Any TVL (Total Value Locked) is the amount that you, Investors, deposited into PrivateSale.sol contract deployed at 0x5095a0de54b5c76A4bFA84a6870472Cc3f9E89cd during the Private Sale Event. VRV-Beta token is published at 0xFAa52c74Ad1Cf523779Ba134e1a2DA560Af19bad. Do not interact with them directly.
20% of the gathered amount (in ETH) is distributed among the Foundation Node members — developers, designers, management, marketing, and other specialists. The rest of the amount is needed to implement Venture Builder and provide liquidity for LBP. This will be done within 45 days from the Private Sale finish.
In our second phase, Investors will be able to choose which project to invest in. We are going to publish several products:
VERV: Hub — B2B2C SaaS PropTech Marketplace. WeWork for Residential. Projected net profit in 12 months <TBA>. Investment request: $1M for 20% of future profit. Min. amount: $1,000. KYC is required. AML from certain amounts. Maturity in 18 months.
VERV: Fusion — DAO management system. Custom blockchain, dapp, and apps development: exchange, quests, education portal, venture builder, GEP, needs, and others. Projected net profit in 12 months: N/A. Investment request: $1M for 0.01% of VRV current supply, max $1M. Min. amount: $100. KYC is not required for deals below $1000. AML from certain amounts. Maturity in 3 months.
ZEMINVEST — Tokenization for land portfolio company from Ukraine. You can get income from leasing this land to farmers. Gamification in the nearest future (select crops and make decisions on the yield). Investment request: $6,000 per 1ha, 10ha available for the first sale. Min. amount: $500. Maturity in 1–3 months.
UKRHALAL — Tokenization of a local meat producer from Ukraine. Ruslan known in Kyiv as a trusted and verified meat supplier for both halal and non-halal point of sales (including individuals, supermarkets, and HoReCa). Now he is building a meat processing facility and requires <?>. Maturity in 3 months.
Stateless Society: Westwood — RTS-RPG game in a sci-fi setting and inspired by the Great Ones: C&C series, Cossacks series, Age of Empires series, Natural Selection 2, Cities Skylines series, Europa Universalis series and plenty of others. Lore based on the Stateless Society concept and is in the 2044 — global climate changed, Antarctica is controlled by VERV and North Korea with alliance of Iran and ORCS attacked the Republic of Korea, Israel, and Ukraine with a 20 kt nuclear bomb to their capitals. III World War begins. Using AI+ (on GPTs), Unreal Engine 5, and Blockchain for external economy. Investment request: $25M for 25%. Maturity in 36 months.
My Legacy — Tokenized Promise for our wills and legacy. We will digitize your thoughts, memories (media materials) and put it to the blockchain. Once we receive a confirmation of your death, we will burn the Tokenized Promise token and implement everything you asked for. Your heirs will be to claim your legacy as it described in the token. Maturity in 6 months.
