VERV Venture Builder positioning itself as a bootstrapper platform. At VERV we have a lot of competence and skills that could simplify delivery or increase efficiency of the existing pipelines. We provide people, technologies, skills, and knowledge into your idea or business, to digitize and get output. In return, we request 20% from your profit and tokenizing your business. Sometimes custom terms & conditions might be applied.

How does it work?

Well, everything starts from the Idea. Inventor comes with Idea to Venture Builder's Infinite Pool — all Implementation Requests' memory pool. All requests are processed through the Moderation Team. This team is responsible for clearing Infinite Pool instantly — the number of applications is publicly broadcasted to the blockchain so as the event of new application.

Implementation Request

Consists of Personal and Commercial information. At this point, all data is covered by the NDA — Venture Builder will share this information only within the Moderation Team and only for the purpose of project evaluation.

Personal information is information about the team that stays behind the idea. It's ok if there is only founder or 100+ founders — we don't care until each person has its purpose to be in the team to execute the project. We request to share bio (A4, up to 1 page), LinkedIn profile, CV or resume, cover letter from each team member. It's important to share motivation for joining the project and personal expectations from each of them. Yes, you can fill this part only for founders.

Commercial information is the know-how of your idea. Each new idea must bring something new to the table or significantly increase performance of the existing tools and methods. Yes, opening a new car wash in a new high-density district of the city is increasing performance (car wash coverage for population, lowering gas emissions from longer trips, etc.). So Venture Builder stays on blending Offline world & Web2 × Web3/DeFi/DAO to get maximum performance from the best technologies and methodologies that are available on the market.
