📒Universal Declaration of the Conscious Human Being

VERV DAO is supporting efforts all over the planet that are in synergy with our vision. VERV DAO is going to support the Layer2State Initiative. Layer2State are building the First Digital Nation.

This is a translation and adoption of the original Declaration. Please check Layer2State website to get the original text. This Declaration is required to be signed together with Core Values from the Oath of Freedom and broadcasted to the blockchain to stay there forever.

1. 🥊 Respect for the physical and psychological integrity of the individual:

Definition: Any action intended to harm a person's physical or psychological well-being is prohibited. This includes the prohibition of execution, amputation, bodily harm, and harm to mental health.

Any action intentionally intended to harm a person (physical, psychological or other type of damage) is prohibited. This includes the prohibition of execution, torture, forced amputation, driving to suicide, violence and any other intentional harm.

2. 🦅 Protecting freedoms and fair conditions:

Any form of slavery (including hidden slavery) and forced labor is strictly prohibited. This includes exploitation of people in any form, including sexual slavery, human trafficking, child labor and any other situation where a person is forced to work against their will.

3. 🌱 Responsible Earth Development and Environmental Stewardship:

Substantial pollution or destruction of the environment is recognized as a criminal offense. This includes reckless or intentional acts leading to long-term damage to ecosystems, polluting water, air, and land.

4. 🗣️ Freedom of speech and expression:

Freedom of expression and ideas shall be guaranteed, except for propaganda against the principles set out in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3. The dissemination of material calling for violence, slavery or environmental vandalism is prohibited.
