VERV will be the first who tokenize agriculture land in Ukraine together with our local partner company — ZEMINVEST. This company is well-known on the Ukrainian market, follows all regulation compliance and took 2nd place in FinAwards-2023 (Best Investment Proposal). Since establishment in 2021, they paid out more than $170K in lease payments for the customers, that held 2500 ha of land.

ZEMINVEST is paying some annual payments from operational activities on these lands — they are leased to farmers. We are researching interest in adding extra layers of complexity and would like to allow selecting crops, choosing farmers, deciding what to do with the harvested yield, and allow other governance activities to the holders of the land — but this all will be for the next phases.
We are not limited in land (only what is physically available on the market), so can get any volumes. For the first stage we booked 10.4949 ha (4 plots):

Revenue is for the whole plot?
Yes. We believe that such low revenues from leasing the land is inefficiency of the whole system of land management in a lot of countries, and here, in Ukraine, we are going to prove that this could be fixed with technologies.
I need more money!
Main income will come on your exit due to the land's capitalization change. So if you buy now, and exit, let's say in 2030 (most likely year for Ukraine to join the EU), land price might increase in 10 times. Current forecast from analytics in Ukraine and EU is that the land price will double every 3-5 years.
War is over?
As for 10 May 2024 — no, it is not.
But our venture propose you lands that are not affected by the war directly — they are in the safe zone. All possible risks are covered by ZEMINVEST.
Any restrictions?
There are some limits based on the plot and our agreement. Please check detailed plot card information in Venture Builder, once we are live (end of June 2024)
How can I pay and get paid?
All purchases are done only in VRV (but price listing is tied to USDT).
Payouts by default in VRV — you can exchange it on the exchange or request payout from VERV in desired cryptocurrency. Fiat is matter of individual request for now, but possible.
Exit strategies
HODL (hold until... you can)
Sell back to VERV (matter of availability)
Sell to other owners of the plot via VERV
Sell at secondaries market (via VERV or 3rd party)
Can I visit my plot or make any decisions?
In theory you can visit the plot, but it's matter of agreement with VERV. You should remember that you are not the holder of the land directly — in registry there will be no your name, but name of VERV's operational company.
Decisions are matter of further expansion and product evolution — based on demand, conditions, and circumstances, we are going to add governance to the land plots with rich gamification somewhere Q4 2024 or Q1 2025. We will keep you updated if something changed.
