IDO

Just after the Private Sale, within 1–2 months, VERV is going to provide Initial DEX Offering (IDO) TGE. In this stage, we will create an LBP-token, which is just a weighted pool of token pairs. So more we gathered during the private sale and allocated to this round, more will be the initial price of VRV token during IDO.

For IDO, we will select one of the existing and proven platforms for such kind of events. Mostly likely that we will launch several DEXs at one time, so Investors will have a choice where to get the token.

IDO — is a great exit-strategy for Private Sale short-term investors.

IDO will be launched alongside a Venture Builder and legal structure that allows to organize such events. Venture Builder will immediately provide at least 3 verified products where Investors can invest and get Tokenized Promises.

IDO won't have a soft/hard cap. Token price will be determined by the market from this moment. VERV will add liquidity to the pool (both VRV and ETH) based on our strategy and the future of the whole ecosystem. We came for a long, so we are interested in long-term commitments and partnerships.

Our goal here is to gather enough to finish the entire VERV: Fusion and launch at least one project from the Venture Builder's list.
